Ingredients:

Apple and Cinnamon Crumble:

Bramley apples
Caster sugar
Flour
Oats
Butter
Water
Cinnamon

Custard:

Double cream
Milk
Egg yolks
Caster sugar
Flour
Cornflour
Vanilla pod

  • First things first, pre-heat your oven to 170 degrees.
  • Place the crumble onto a baking tray.
  • Cook in the oven for approximately 50-minutes, or until golden-brown and cooked all the way through.
  • Then simply warm your custard in a pan on the stove until piping hot and serve.
